Job summary

Levitt Family Foundation seeks a self-motivated and highly organized Programs Associate to join a collaborative team environment. You will provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Programs Manager, coordinating grantmaking cycles, data collection, grantee communications, and database maintenance.

This role also supports coordination of grantee resources, partnerships, and national Levitt network activities, including convenings, site visits, and program initiatives, with travel as

• Experience coordinating multiple administrative processes for grantmaking cycles.
• Excellent writing and communication skills for external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage data and records accurately.
