Job summary

Apex Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a General Manager to lead operations nationwide, with responsibility for growth, safety, and financial performance. The role requires building and guiding a team, pursuing new business, and ensuring project delivery across a broad perimeter security portfolio.

The GM will travel extensively, develop customer relationships, and collaborate with estimating and leadership to secure bids and drive long-term expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience required.
• Proven leadership in construction, infrastructure, or related fields.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.”
• Experience with union/apprentice environments and safety compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth, profitability, and operational success of the business.
• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial, industrial, municipal, utility, and contractor customers.
• Pursue bids, develop proposals, and secure new business.
• Oversee all union fencing operations, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality.
• Build a high-performing team through talent acquisition and development.
• Establish processes, performance expectations and accountability.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, labor, equipment, and overall financials.
• Champion safety culture and regulatory compliance.
