Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced General Superintendent to lead development, assessment, and deployment of our nationwide Superintendent workforce.

You will guide Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents, provide technical coaching, and drive consistent construction practices. Based in our Tacoma, WA office, the role requires travel about 50% nationwide to sites, while partnering with Operations Directors and Project Executives on staff and project transitions, future

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction field experience; at least 5 years as a Senior Superintendent or equivalent.
• Experience recruiting, mentoring, and developing field leaders.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, scheduling, safety, quality control, and field documentation.
• Experience working across multiple projects or with geographically dispersed teams.
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal construction requirements; occupancy renovations and QA hold points preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, coach, and develop Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents across technical execution, planning, leadership, communication, safety, quality, and documentation.
• Conduct jobsite evaluations, identify development needs, set performance expectations, and prepare field leaders for complex assignments.
• Develop onboarding, technical training, and continuing education for field teams.
• Coordinate with recruiting and operations to hire qualified Superintendent talent.
• Oversee project transitions and staffing, matching talent with project needs.
