Job summary

Apex Infrastructure Solutions in the United States seeks a General Manager to lead nationwide operations across fencing and perimeter security projects. You will drive growth, safety, and financial performance while developing client relationships and new business opportunities.

Responsibilities include building a high-performing team, overseeing budgets, and expanding the operation for nationwide deployment. Travel is extensive to support nationwide rollout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in construction, infrastructure, or related industries.
• Experience growing a line of business through strategic business development and market expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall growth, profitability, and operational success of the business
• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial, industrial, municipal, utility, DOT, and general contractor customers
• Partner with estimating and executive leadership to pursue bids and secure new business
• Oversee all union fencing operations, ensuring safety, on-schedule, budget-aligned projects
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to build a high-performing team and develop staff as operations scale
• Establish processes, performance expectations, and accountability across the business
• Manage budgets, forecasting, labor, equipment, and overall financial performance
