Job summary

FoodCorps is seeking a dynamic Food Education Training Manager to lead the end-to-end development and delivery of member training across the United States. The role focuses on classroom teaching, curriculum design, adult learning, and project management to drive impactful training and leadership development.

The position reports to the Director of Leadership Learning & Design and offers a salary of $82,400 per year, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, measurement, and program impact within

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training for educators.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
• Experience with LMS platforms and asynchronous modules.
• Ability to manage multiple training projects and teams.
• Collaborative, cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Create and facilitate differentiated virtual and in-person training for FoodCorps members.
• Design and maintain asynchronous training modules in an LMS.
• Source and collaborate with subject matter experts for sessions and logistics.
• Provide coaching and professional development resources to state Managers and partner teachers.
• Maintain knowledge of trends in food education and school nutrition.
