The Mission
Mark Kelly for Senate is the campaign organization for Senator Mark Kelly of Arizona. Re-elected to a six-year term in 2022 after a ground-breaking win in the 2020 special election, Senator Kelly is a proven leader in the Senate and an independent voice for Arizonans. Mark Kelly for Senate is continuing to build its team by hiring a full-time National Finance Director to manage all fundraising operations.
The Opportunity
Our National Finance Director will lead and expand our record-breaking finance program. They will work closely with the Senior Advisor, Chief of Staff, consultants, and key members of the leadership team to continue the expansion of the off-cycle fundraising program.

Duties
Qualifications
Required
At least one cycle as a Senate campaign finance or deputy finance director; other statewide experience may be considered, but Senate experience is required.
Experience executing high-level multi-tier stewardship programs across various fundraising programs.
Proven success in managing a revenue operation and budget of over $40 million.
Demonstrated ability to manage and execute multiple programs simultaneously.
Previously managed a mid-sized team, including staff, fundraising consultants, and a consultant firm.
Familiarity with NGP, Numero, ActBlue, Word, Excel, and spreadsheets is preferred.
At least two campaign cycles of principal staffing.
Preferred, but not required
Knowledge of Arizona electoral politics or prior involvement in Arizona campaigns.
Background in one or more battleground statewide races.
Previous work for an incumbent.
Prior experience taking over and improving an existing fundraising program.
