Qualifications

• Proven experience managing commercial construction from mobilization through punch list.
• Strong ability to read and interpret contract documents and specifications.
• Ability to obtain OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage all site aspects to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Establish and manage a detailed 6-week look-ahead schedule.
• Lead weekly progress meetings with subcontractors.
