Job Title: National Field Strategy Director
Location: Remote, U.S. (with national travel)
Reports To: Executive Leadership (CEO)
Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Salary Range: $7,500-$10,000 monthly, commensurate with experience
Start Date: May 2025

The National Field Strategy Director leads When We Mobilize’s voter engagement and field operations strategy across the country. This executive-level role is responsible for designing, managing, and scaling national voter registration and GOTV operations, overseeing regional directors and state-level programs, and ensuring compliance, equity, and high performance across all programs. The ideal candidate is a seasoned strategist and operations manager with a strong command of field organizing, coalition politics, and compliance environments across multiple states.
