Qualifications

• 10+ years in field operations leadership across multi-site or national scope.
• Background in construction, installation, industrial services or material handling.
• Proven ability to scale organizations, including through acquisitions.
• Strong financial acumen with margins, productivity and scheduling focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations across service lines and acquired businesses.
• Unify acquired companies under one operating model and KPIs.
• Build mobilized workforce: travel, per diem, subcontractors, and recruiting installers.
• Elevate safety programs to world-class standards.
• Manage project margins, labor productivity, schedules, and change orders.
• Collaborate with sales and estimating to ensure clean handoffs.
• Develop regional leaders and frontline supervision.
• Maintain strong relationships with Fortune 100 clients on time-sensitive projects.
