Chobani is seeking a Field Production Manager to lead consumer activations nationwide. You will plan, transport, warehouse, set up, operate, and break down events, collaborating with activation, brand, sales, and warehouse partners.

The role requires hands-on leadership and problem-solving in fast-paced field environments. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in experiential production or field logistics, strong project management, and experience overseeing vendors, staffing, and inventory across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in experiential production or field logistics.
• Experience leading activations from scoping and budgeting through execution and reporting.
• Experience managing crews, vendors, drivers, and multiple workstreams.
• Strong project-management, financial, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Experience in CPG, food/beverage, or large consumer activations.

Responsibilities

• Develop production plans, schedules, site maps, packing lists, and readiness checklists.
• Lead onsite production, resolve safety, timing, and budget issues.
• Coordinate movement of product, vehicles, and assets between markets and events.
• Manage vendors, staffing, equipment, and transport with cost controls.
• Oversee inventory, asset records, and post-event reporting.
• Ensure compliance with food-safety, transport, and venue requirements.
