Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Field Production Manager to bring consumer activations to life across the United States. The role oversees planning, logistics, warehousing, setup, execution, and post-event reporting for sampling programs and brand experiences.

Expect extensive travel and early/midnight work schedules based on the activation calendar. You will collaborate with Consumer Activation, Field Operations, Brand, Sales, and warehouse partners to ensure premium brand execution.

Qualifications

5+ years in experiential production, mobile marketing, event operations, field logistics, or large-scale activation.
At least 3 years as primary production or operational lead for complex programs.
Experience leading crews, vendors, drivers, warehouse partners, and field teams.

Responsibilities

Lead onsite execution of sampling programs, mobile tours, retail activations, and national events.
Develop production plans, schedules, site maps, equipment lists and checklists.
Coordinate movement of product, vehicles, equipment and branded assets between warehouses, markets, and events.
Manage budgets across production, transportation, warehousing, equipment, labor and travel.
Ensure safety, compliance, and risk management across activations.
