Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Field Production Manager to lead the planning, execution, and post-activation analysis of consumer sampling programs across the United States. This hands-on role coordinates cross-functional teams, vendors, and field staff to ensure premium brand experiences from load-in to breakdown.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in experiential production or large-scale activations, with strong project management, logistics, and safety know-how.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in experiential production, mobile marketing, event operations, field logistics, or large-scale consumer activation.
• Experience leading production crews, vendors, drivers, and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop production plans, schedules, site maps, equipment lists, packing lists, and readiness checklists.
• Oversee load-in, setup, event operations, breakdown, and load-out to ensure premium brand execution.
• Serve as the primary onsite production lead, resolving issues related to safety, timing, budget, product quality, and consumer experience.
• Coordinate movement of product, vehicles, equipment, and assets between warehouses, markets and events.
