Job summary

Cynosure, LLC is seeking an Event Specialist to plan and manage nationwide tradeshows, workshops, and internal meetings. You will coordinate with sales teams, vendors, speakers, and registrants to ensure seamless on-site execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• A minimum of 3–5 years prior experience in events and exhibit planning.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute external workshops, internal meetings, and industry tradeshows.
• Collaborate with creative services, regional sales managers, and sales reps to plan and execute promotions.
• Prepare name tags, marketing materials, manuals, and registration lists.
• Maintain registration data in Cvent & Salesforce and provide reports to cross-functional teams.
• Negotiate contracts with venues, vendors and service providers.
