Job summary

Next 150 Construction Services, LLC is seeking a CES Program Estimator to support nationwide equipment estimating, planning and financial modeling for the Consolidated Equipment Solution Program. This role develops accurate equipment estimates, sets consistent standards, and informs pricing strategies to position CES as a credible, scalable offering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction/related field preferred.
• 3+ years in construction estimating, equipment operations, procurement, or related.
• Experience with estimates, budgets, bid comparisons, cost models, or vendor analyses.
• Familiarity with project planning, schedules, drawings, specs, and equipment requirements.
• Experience with construction equipment procurement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, complete equipment estimates for prospective and active projects.
• Develop project-specific estimates using schedules, labor forecasts, drawings, and input from teams.
• Build detailed equipment lists, cost components, and escalation assumptions for budgets.
• Prepare RFP packages, coordinate bids, and organize pricing information.
• Create bid analyses comparing rates, capabilities, and terms.
• Maintain estimating tools, rate databases, cost libraries, and tracking systems.
• Collaborate with leadership, BD, preconstruction, procurement, and vendors.
• Support preconstruction with equipment input to terms, bids, and plans.
• Analyze total equipment cost, utilization, revenue, margin, and risks for go/no-go decisions.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and sustainable equipment options.
• Participate in reviews and turnover meetings; maintain documentation.
