Job summary

Next 150 Construction Services, LLC is seeking a Program Estimator to support the Consolidated Equipment Solution program across the country. You will develop accurate equipment estimates, build cost models, and align with project teams to ensure competitive pricing and value.

You will collaborate with CES leadership, preconstruction, procurement, and operations to validate assumptions and drive continuous improvement while supporting safety and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with estimates, budgets, bid comparisons, cost models, or vendor analyses.
• Experience with project planning, schedules, drawings, specs, and equipment requirements.
• Experience with construction equipment, rental vendors, or equipment procurement.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment estimates for prospective and active projects with accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop project-specific estimates using schedules, labor forecasts, and input from teams.
• Create detailed cost components, rate analyses, and mobilization costs for CES programs.
• Prepare RFPs, coordinate bids, and organize pricing and scope information.
• Build estimating tools, rate databases, and cost libraries for CES programs.
• Collaborate with program leadership, procurement, operations, and vendors to validate assumptions.
• Support preconstruction with equipment input to terms, bids, and logistics.
• Analyze total equipment cost, utilization, margins, and risks for go/no-go decisions.
