Next 150 Construction Services is seeking a CES Program Estimator to support estimating, preconstruction planning, and financial modeling for the nationwide Consolidated Equipment Solution Program. The CES Program aims to provide an entire jobsite with equipment to reduce safety issues, downtime, and defects.

You will develop accurate equipment estimates, establish estimating standards, and support vendor and project pricing strategies while presenting data to validate program opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Experience with estimates, budgets, bid comparisons, cost models or vendor analyses.
• Experience with project plans, schedules, drawings, specs, and equipment needs.

Responsabilités

• Prepare equipment estimates for prospective and active projects.
• Develop project-specific equipment estimates using schedules, forecasts, plans, and input from teams.
• Build detailed equipment lists, rate analyses, and cost components for the CES budget.
• Prepare vendor RFPs, solicit bids, manage questions, and organize pricing data.
• Create bid leveling analyses comparing rates, capabilities, and terms.
• Maintain estimating tools, rate databases, cost libraries, and benchmarks.
• Collaborate with program leadership, development, procurement, and operations.
