Job summary

Next 150 Construction Services is seeking a CES Program Estimator to support nationwide equipment estimation, budgeting, and vendor pricing strategies. You will develop accurate CES estimates and maintain estimating tools and data libraries.

Collaborating with program leadership, preconstruction, procurement, and operations, you’ll help validate assumptions, influence pricing, and contribute to go/no-go decisions with clear narratives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in construction estimating, equipment operations, procurement, project controls, preconstruction, or related field.
• Experience with estimates, budgets, bid comparisons, cost models, or vendor analyses.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, complete equipment estimates for prospective and active projects.
• Develop project-specific equipment estimates using schedules, labor forecasts, logistics plans, drawings, and inputs from teams.
• Build detailed equipment lists, rate analyses, escalation assumptions, mobilization costs, and other cost components.
