    Description

    National Education Consultant- California

    Do you have a passion for education, a talent for sales, and a love of travel? If so, then you will want to join our team of Education Consultants at Big Ideas Learning! You will manage sales opportunities in all public school districts 6,500 enrollment and higher. You will work closely with partner sales team members to ensure customer satisfaction, increasing sales, and service delivery.

    Your work will include:

    Customer Outreach

    • Working in strategic partnership with partner sales representatives within a given territory within CA
      • This territory focuses on A+ and A accounts (high-enrollment districts)
    • Working districts at high levels, including superintendent and state department levels
    • Developing and executing strategic territory sales plans
    • Meeting in person, or via phone/webinar with state, district, and school level educators on sales-generating activities
    • Generating, qualifying, and following up on sales leads
    • Working active sales opportunities
    • Scheduling sales activities

    Presenting and Training

    • Delivering winning sales presentations to districts level admins, review committees, and teachers
    • Maintaining solid customer relations and provide ongoing after-sale support, including product implementation training for both print and digital products
    • Helping to inform the development of effective sales presentations based on market knowledge

    Market Information

    • Gathering market and competitive information to share to inform product development, sales activities, and marketing teams
    • Researching national, state, and local initiatives to inform marketing, sales, and product development teams
