The Opportunity

We are seeking an Interactive Board Training Specialist to join our B2B Sales team, primarily working remotely from a home office. Preference will be given to candidates based in North Carolina or South Carolina.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and deliver training via webinars, school district demonstrations, and on-demand virtual sessions.
2. Build relationships with customers to support training and implementation of LG hardware/software.
3. Support LG sales teams with presentations, demonstrations, and engagement.
4. Provide ongoing professional development and support to customers, fostering long-term relationships.
5. Conduct training sessions on LG hardware/software, utilizing LG PD catalog and LMS platforms.
6. Assist customers post-sale with troubleshooting and additional training.
7. Coordinate with sales management to support account needs and product demonstrations.
8. Participate in national virtual customer engagement events.
9. Identify customer needs and demonstrate the value of LG products using solution-based techniques.
10. Collaborate with principals and district staff to support positive educational changes.
11. Stay informed on education technology trends and usage data for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of lead teaching experience in a US classroom.
• Google for Education certification.
• Microsoft for Education certification preferred.
• Valid Teacher Certification preferred.
• Experience with Interactive Flat Panels in training and content development.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Understanding of teaching pedagogy and professional development delivery.
• Knowledge of educational technology trends and research-based teaching approaches.
• Results-oriented, organized, flexible, with strong follow-up skills.
• Ability to travel for in-person demonstrations as needed.

Pay Range

$48.00 - $52.00 per hour
