Advanced Engineering and Environmental Services, Inc. invites a Drinking Water Conveyance Practice Leader to guide nationwide strategy, technical direction, and growth across offices.

The role shapes drinking water conveyance and distribution systems, mentors engineers, builds client relationships, and collaborates with leadership to expand capabilities, pursue major projects, and raise AE2S's national prominence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 10+ years of water infrastructure experience with deep conveyance expertise.
• 2 years of leadership experience at team or practice level.
• Strong client relationship and business development experience.
• Willingness to travel periodically for conferences and meetings.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead national Drinking Water Conveyance Practice strategy, technical direction, and growth.
• Set the national vision for drinking water conveyance and distribution systems.
• Partner across regions to grow teams and marketing presence.
• Mentor engineers and staff across offices.
• Represent AE2S in industry through advisory roles and conferences.
• Support major pursuits and provide technical leadership in BD.
