Job summary

AE2S seeks a Drinking Water Conveyance Practice Leader to guide nationwide strategy, technical direction, and growth in water infrastructure across multiple states. The role focuses on technologies, trends, and training within the practice, shaping projects and teams while advancing AE2S’s market leadership.

You will collaborate with leadership across operations, client development, and strategy to build a nationally recognized practice and influence major pursuits and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a professional services environment.
• Strong client relationship and business development capabilities.
• Ability to travel periodically for conferences, pursuits, and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Drinking Water Conveyance Practice nationwide across AE2S.
• Set and drive the national vision for drinking water conveyance and distribution systems.
• Partner across regions to grow teams, capabilities and marketing presence.
• Lead technical direction and elevate project quality in water conveyance projects.
• Mentor engineers and staff across offices.
