Job summary

Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) is recruiting National DMEPOS Compliance Surveyors. This role involves travel nationwide to inspect DMEPOS sites and ensure adherence to CMS standards. Orientation begins March 2026.

Candidates must hold an active license or degree, with PT/OT credentials preferred, and be prepared for at least 8 on-site days per month. Per diem rates and travel reimbursements are defined by CHAP.

Qualifications

• Active license/certification and/or undergraduate degree required.
• PT/OT (Physical/Occupational Therapist).
• Knowledge of CMS DMEPOS Quality Standards and Supplier Standards.
• Knowledge of specialty area applicable to assignment (DMEPOS).
• Refer to the attached Site Visitor Per Diem Job Description for additional qualifications.
