Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction, drainage, civil, plumbing, or irrigation supply.
• Proven track record growing distributor networks nationally or regionally.
• Experience leading and managing sales teams and manufacturer rep organizations.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a national distributor and trade network beyond big box retail.
• Drive product adoption with contractors and installers across target markets.
