Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a National Dispatch professional in Humble, Texas. This fulltime opportunity involves key duties such as placing orders, securing vendors, and ensuring customer satisfaction while managing tasks efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have dispatch experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with 24/7 availability to monitor communications.

Position Requirements

24/7 availability to monitor emails, calls & texts. Must always have access to wifi and ability to send orders from phone or computer. Requires major problem‑solving skills, understand sense of urgency, and ability to handle extreme stress while maintaining a firm, flexible, friendly disposition.

Schedule

You will work 2 days one week and 5 the next, this will include weekends.

Example: Wednesday & Thursday one week and Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday the next week. Hours will be 7:00 AM- 6:00 PM.
