Job summary

Lincoln Tech is seeking a National Director of Admissions Training & Development to lead recruitment activities and the training and development of our admissions personnel nationwide. You’ll select and lead high-performing teams to achieve enrollment success while ensuring compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.

The role drives recruitment across locations, mentors campus-level leaders, and ensures adherence to policies while delivering ongoing performance analysis and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business, or Marketing
• 3+ years of experience managing others
• Proven ability to lead large sales teams to achieve goals
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM
• Strong communication skills with ability to interact at all organizational levels
• Excellent customer service with professional demeanor
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Lead all recruitment efforts across selected locations and territories
• Lead, motivate, and manage campus-level admissions leadership within assigned territory
• Ensure compliance with internal and external policies, legal requirements, and regulations
• Address and resolve issues within the territory including those involving employees and students
• Establish effective communication practices with direct reports and organizational leaders
• Provide reports and effective analysis on an ongoing basis

• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce
• Strong communication skills with ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
• Well-versed in customer service with a highly professional approach
• Valid driver's license, minimum required automobile insurance, and reliable transportation
