Job summary

PSD Scotland seeks a Digital and Data Specialist Lead to drive national programmes that build the digital, data and leadership capability across Scotland’s health and social care workforce. You will work within the Digitally Enabled Workforce (DEW) team to deliver high-profile initiatives, aligning with Scottish Government and COSLA priorities.

You will partner with public sector organisations, design scalable learning experiences, and guide transformational change to enable durable improvements

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital/data workforce development programmes at scale.
• Ability to turn national ambitions into workforce capability and delivery.
• Strong partnership and stakeholder engagement across multiple organisations.
