DWP Digital is seeking a Digital Business Performance & Planning Manager to collaborate with senior leaders and business managers, analysing workforce demand, recruitment activity and performance metrics. You will produce reports to inform decisions and maintain critical trackers to support prioritisation and planning across Technology Services and Health and Disability.

Qualifikationen

• Proven planning and prioritisation skills to deliver complex tasks to a high standard.
• Proven experience of using Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, to collate and analyse data, draw conclusions and report information.
• Ability to select appropriate communication styles to maximise understanding and impact.
• Proven experience of managing relationships with a range of stakeholders to achieve common goals and balance competing priorities.
