Job summary

Summer Search in the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City is seeking a National Development Manager to drive revenue goals, coordinate fundraising activities, and support the VP of Development. The role invites an emerging leader to oversee plan execution, donor engagement, and materials development across a national nonprofit.

You will manage donor relationships, prepare proposals and stewardship reports, and help implement moves management while collaborating with program and marketing

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fund development or related field.
• Experience engaging executives, donors and boards.
• Experience with national multi-site nonprofits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with VP of Development to track revenue goals and report progress.
• Lead major donor fundraising efforts and manage the development calendar.
• Create donor proposals, letters, stewardship and impact reports.
• Maintain moves management in the CRM and coordinate with program and marketing teams.
• Prepare templates for proposals and reports and ensure materials are up-to-date.
