Job summary

HC Forklift America Corp in Rock Hill, SC seeks a Dealer Development Manager to lead the nationwide dealer network, drive growth, and expand market share for forklifts and related equipment. You will recruit and onboard new dealers, set performance KPIs, analyze profitability, and coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, and Marketing to align strategy and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Management or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5-8+ years in dealer development, channel management, distribution leadership, or sales leadership in material handling/industrial lift industries.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. industrial and equipment markets.
• Experience expanding dealer networks across the U.S. and driving revenue growth.

• Develop and execute national dealer growth strategies.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and support new dealer partners across U.S.
• Expand dealer coverage in industrial lift truck sectors.
