Job summary

CED Systems seeks an experienced In-Building DAS Construction Lead for nationwide deployments. This 100% travel-based role demands a hands-on field leader who installs DAS equipment and directs on-site crews.

You will coordinate material readiness, safety, and quality while serving as the primary field contact for construction execution. Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of hands-on wireless in-building experience, OSHA/RF certifications, and a track record of managing DAS projects from site

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on field experience in wireless in-building systems installation and leadership.
• OSHA 10/30, RF Awareness, CPR/BBP or equivalent safety certifications.
• 2+ years leading in-building DAS construction projects and hands-on DAS work.
• Knowledge of fiber optics, coax installation, testing and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read construction drawings and RF data sheets; ibwave knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation of DAS equipment including head-end units, remote antennas, fiber and coax layouts.
• Lead site surveys, data collection, and bid document production for small to medium projects.
• Supervise field crews and subcontractors; coordinate with vendors on safety and QC.
• Ensure installations meet RF specs, performance requirements, and codes.
• Manage multiple deployments from initiation through commissioning; track schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, property managers, and carriers; communicate milestones to stakeholders.
• Conduct safety meetings, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage permits.
