What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to improve efficiencies within the cyber claims framework
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure efficient handling of claims and provide expert guidance on cyber-related incidents
- Design and implement training programs focused on claims management techniques and client engagement
- Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards to present findings to management and stakeholders
- Act as a liaison between clients, insurers, and internal teams to enhance the claims experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Substantial claims experience with strong knowledge of insurance carrier claims services
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; law degree preferred (J.D., AIC, ARM, CIC, or CRM)
- Strong technical knowledge of cyber lines of coverage and information technology systems
- Must be accessible outside of normal business hours for urgent issues
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills
