What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with carriers to enhance claims processes and improve service delivery
- Develop systems for collecting, analyzing, and reporting claims data
- Facilitate communication among teams and stakeholders to align on claims strategies
- Provide advisory support on complex cyber claims and act as a client advocate
- Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards to present findings to management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Substantial claims experience with a strong knowledge of insurance carrier claims services
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; law degree preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of cyber lines of coverage and contractual policy language
- Must be accessible outside of normal business hours for urgent issues
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- J.D., AIC, ARM, CIC, or CRM, or equivalent credentials
- Experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Proven ability to maintain a high level of detail with strong interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with cyber incident trends and regulatory changes
- Previous experience in a consultative claims management role
