What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support operational decision-making within the cyber claims framework
- Collaborate with stakeholders and carriers to enhance claims processes and provide expert guidance on cyber-related incidents
- Develop and implement training programs focused on consultative claims management techniques
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to present findings to management and stakeholders
- Act as a liaison between clients, insurers, and internal teams to improve claims management processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Substantial claims experience with a strong knowledge of insurance carrier claims services
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; law degree preferred (J.D., AIC, ARM, CIC, or CRM)
- Strong technical knowledge of cyber lines of coverage and policy language requirements
- Must be accessible outside of normal business hours for urgent issues
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
