What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with carriers on innovative solutions to enhance the claims process and improve service delivery
- Develop systems for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on claims data
- Implement training programs focused on consultative claims management techniques
- Act as a client advocate and liaison between clients, insurers, and internal teams
- Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards to present findings to management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Substantial claims experience with a strong knowledge of insurance carrier claims services
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required; law degree preferred
- Technical knowledge of cyber lines of coverage and information technology systems
- Must be accessible outside of normal business hours for urgent issues
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- J.D., AIC, ARM, CIC, or CRM, or equivalent preferred
- Experience in managing complex negotiations with insurers and vendors
- Familiarity with cyber incident trends and regulatory changes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills with a high sense of urgency
