Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Coronary National Sales Trainer to educate current and prospective customers and support sales coverage within a defined territory for Abbott Vascular products.

The role is field-based in Austin, TX (with additional locations in New Brighton and Santa Clara) and requires travel approximately 25% to train the US sales force, lead new-hire training, and develop curriculum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of related work experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to travel 30% within assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver field-based training and education for Abbott Vascular products.
• Develop and expand the New Hire Sales Training Program.
• Create and update training modules and curricula for sales teams.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to plan national training programs.
• Lead strategic projects to improve training effectiveness and outcomes.
