Abbott in the United States is seeking a Coronary National Sales Trainer. This field-based role covers Austin, New Brighton, Santa Clara or remote, promoting Abbott Vascular products through education of current and potential customers and procedure coverage to achieve sales goals.

You will develop and implement training strategies, expand the New Hire Sales Training Program, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to launch new products and sales aids.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of related work experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to travel 50% within assigned region.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret and implement training and education strategy across the US sales force.
• Develop and maintain New Hire Sales Training Program with new modules.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to launch new products and sales aides.
• Design and run national training programs and initiatives; communicate with leadership.
• Stay current on industry trends and benchmark against competitors.
• Lead critical strategic projects for the training organization.
