Responsible for assisting the National Client Executive and Director of National Accounts with their assigned clients and maintaining positive mutual relationships between each client and Zelis. The National Client Manager will manage a strategic book of business, achieving revenue targets, ensuring client retention, fostering growth with additional products and services, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction to ensure Zelis' service delivery exceeds expectations and drives a superior customer experience.
