Job summary

SBM is seeking a Cleanroom Manager to safely coordinate and direct operations, including planning, supervision, budgeting, vendor and supply contact, and customer relations. The role carries high-level managerial duties across contracts and programs.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business field and 2–3 years of cleanroom experience, with relevant safety training and a valid driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business field.
• Two to three years of experience in cleanroom environment, manufacturing and production processes.
• May require a valid driver’s license and safety training certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Inspect and evaluate establishment for safety, quality, and service compliance.
• Assist with plans, budgets, and schedule modifications including cost estimates, bid sheets and contracts.
• Act as liaison between company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
