Job summary

Bosch Rexroth seeks a National Account Partner Manager to strategically lead the corporate relationship with our key National Distribution Partner in the United States. This role drives growth through partner development, training, and joint market initiatives, requiring a proactive, results-driven sales leader.

Location is flexible with best fit in the Dallas, TX region or Detroit, MI. Travel up to 50% to partner HQs, regional hubs and key customer locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automation sales or partner management.
• Bachelor's in business, marketing, or related field.
• Strong CRM experience and sales planning.
• Proven ability to exceed targets and manage partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage relationships with national distribution partner.
• Develop and implement channel strategies to drive growth.
• Recruit and onboard new channel partners across the U.S.
• Coordinate with marketing on lead generation and training.
