Job description

At Dormer Pramet, we believe strong partnerships fuel long-term success. We’re seeking a Channel Manager who can lead with purpose, build trust across our national distributor network, and drive strategic execution in alignment with our commercial goals.

In this pivotal role, you'll be the primary contact for our selected channel partners and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute a cohesive channel strategy. You’ll support growth at our customers and ensure our distribution network operates with transparency, alignment, and results.

What You'll Do:

Channel Leadership & Strategy

Manage relationships with national channel partners (single point of contact)

Maintain and facilitate engagement with AD and members

Create and execute on a national channel strategy that supports the Dormer Pramet business strategy

Maintain commercial agreements with agents

Implement and administer the Dormer Pramet channel policy

Drive engagement between strategic channel partners and Dormer Pramet sales teams in the field

Partner with Marketing on events and campaigns

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Applied Sciences or equivalent work experience.

Proven experience working with and through industrial distributors.

Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Experience managing commercial agreements and policy enforcement.

Ability to work independently, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive strategic initiatives.

Location: This is a fully remote position. The candidate can be based in any U.S. city near a major airport.
