Markey’s Indianapolis Headquarters seeks a National Account Manager to provide audiovisual consultation and account management for medium- to large-scale events. Serve as the main client liaison across phone, online, and in-person interactions.

Travel as needed to support events from our headquarters in Indianapolis. The role emphasizes customer account growth, collaboration with project teams, and delivering high-quality event experiences.

Competenze

• 5+ years in audiovisual/events industry, with leadership or account management experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients, vendors and staff.
• Strong organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Mansioni

• Discuss clients' AV needs and event goals to understand objectives.
• Provide AV consultation and recommendations based on needs and budgets.
• Prepare quotes, track equipment, and submit billing.
• Coordinate with consultants, project managers, and technicians for solutions.
• Plan meetings and site inspections for events.
• Provide event staff with location logistics and contact info.
• Coordinate logistics for events, including cross rentals and transport.
• Serve as the main client reference throughout planning.
• Collaborate with staff to enhance service quality.
• Provide phone support for basic technical questions.
• Travel to off-site events as needed.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and post-event status reports.
• Prepare and submit invoices after events with accurate labor costs.
