Monarch Investment and Management Group is hiring a National Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to guide a roving maintenance crew across the Omaha area and beyond. The role includes leading preventive work, coordinating repairs, and driving property improvements at multiple communities in the Midwest and nationwide.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in maintenance (5+ in apartments), strong drywall/plumbing/electrical skills, and proven leadership.

Formación

• 7+ years of maintenance experience, with at least 5 years in apartment maintenance.
• Hands‑on skills in drywall, painting, and carpentry.
• Plumbing experience, including copper sweating.
• Electrical work including outlets, switches, and fixtures.
• Willingness to travel regularly and support multiple communities.
• Strong leadership and ability to work independently with a team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support a roving maintenance team across communities.
• Oversee repairs, property improvements, and timely project completion.
• Coordinate with site teams and ensure safety standards.
• Travel regionally to Midwest and nationwide as needed.
