Monarch is seeking a National Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance crew based in the Omaha, Nebraska area. This role will require travel across the Midwest to support our apartment communities.

Qualifications

• HVAC EPA or CPO certification preferred.
• Extensive maintenance experience with apartments.
• Proficient in drywall, painting, carpentry and electrical duties.
