Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; JD or master’s preferred.
• Two years of admissions, enrollment, or related experience.
• Unite law school CRM expertise preferred.
• Ability to travel regionally and nationally.
• Evenings and weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develops recruitment and yield strategies to meet enrollment goals.
• Establishes relationships with students, parents, counselors, teachers, and admins.
• Provides pre-admission advice and guidance.
• Participates in local, state, and national events and college fairs.
• Responds to inquiries from prospective students across media.
• Hosts and coordinates on-campus programs for prospective students.
• Represents the University at events and information sessions.
• Evaluates recruitment strategies and reports on effectiveness.
• Compiles and interprets student data and market trends for senior leadership.
• Supports diversity recruitment initiatives and outreach.
