Job summary

The University seeks a National Admissions Consultant to advise prospective students on post-secondary education, guiding them through the admissions process with ethical, compliant service and clear explanations of programs.

You will collaborate with Financial Aid, Student Advising, and Academics to ensure a smooth enrollment, meet performance goals, and provide feedback for ongoing improvements while maintaining professionalism in all interactions. Evening and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 5+ years in sales and/or customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• 2+ years in post-secondary higher education admissions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Advise prospective students through the admissions process in compliance with laws and accrediting standards.
• Confer with students via phone and email to discuss goals and address concerns.
• Develop and manage action plans to meet enrollment objectives.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid, Student Advising, and Academics to ensure high service levels.
• Provide feedback to leadership on improvements in the enrollment and orientation processes.
