Job summary

StructureCare is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Estimator to lead cost planning and multi-year capital projects across a national portfolio. You will translate engineering assessments into realistic, priced plans and own schedules and budgets while guiding cross-functional teams.

Travel is significant, with 80% time on the road, and you will manage field crews or coordinate with local teams to ensure safe, on-time project delivery. Strong estimating and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• College degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 8–10 years in project management, estimating, and planning.
• Estimating experience with quantity takeoffs and cost development.
• Ability to plan, scope, and foresee work sequencing.
• Concrete restoration and waterproofing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual estimates and opinions of probable cost for capital improvements.
• Translate engineering assessments into priced project plans.
• Manage all estimate components: quantities, costs, permits, and general conditions.
• Collaborate with partners to validate pricing and market conditions.
• Provide field evaluation to ensure estimates reflect execution requirements.
• Maintain national portfolio project schedule and phasing.
• Lead projects without local StructureCare personnel when needed.
• Oversee site logistics, subcontractor performance, and project execution.
