Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Olathe, KS seeks a National Account Manager to lead, coach, and train a team of Project Managers for installs in our National Accounts Security Division.

You will act as the primary face to national clients, driving performance, growth, and client satisfaction. The role emphasizes leadership, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with operations, sales, and finance to ensure quality service and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of direct management / peer management experience preferred; will consider an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience analyzing trends in KPIs and recommending nationwide solutions.
• Experience in service industry with focus on service, sales and cost control is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and general management of a team of Project Managers for installs.
• Develop and implement operational process improvements to reduce costs and increase profitability.
• Monitor budgets with Operations Management and action plans to meet objectives.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure national account needs are met and maintain client communication.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and provide targeted improvement plans.
• Build relationships with national account customers and provide updates and issue resolution.
