Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or related field is required.
• Proven success in hunter-focused B2B sales roles, preferably in services or industrial environments.
• Experience selling facility services or recurring service offerings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close national and regional accounts across industries.
• Prospect through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Build a robust sales pipeline for long-term service revenue.
• Develop customized service solutions leveraging cleaning, disinfection, and preventive maintenance capabilities.
• Sell multi-year and multi-site service agreements.
• Coordinate with operations and leadership to ensure scope, pricing, and execution.
