Job summary

Goodai Global is seeking a highly organized B2B Sales Support Specialist to bolster our national account sales operations. You will liaise between brand partners, retailers, and internal teams to ensure flawless coordination of launches, promotions, and performance tracking.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in B2B sales support or wholesale, with ERP/CRM experience and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years in B2B sales support, wholesale, or retail operations.
• Experience with major retailers (e.g., Costco, Ulta, Target) preferred.
• ERP or CRM experience required; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support key retail accounts including national retailers and chains.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and line review materials.
• Coordinate product launch timelines with retailer requirements.
• Track retail performance metrics (sell-in, sell-through, inventory).
• Monitor purchase orders, shipment schedules, and delivery confirmations.
