Job Summary

As the National Account Specialist, you are an integral part of our Customer Service team. Your primary objective is to support our National Accounts by generating reports including product utilization, signals and other relevant business data requested by our customers. Additionally, you will serve as a support for National Accounts special projects. Compensation is dependent on experience and skillsets. The average starting pay range is $27-$30 per hour.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Pull customer data and analytics from dedicated systems to generate product utilization and signal reports.
  • Ensure AMAROK’s National Account Directors have accurate reporting in a timely manner.
  • Champion the utilization of our customer portal (The ROK) and assist with adding users.
  • Open Cases/Work Orders as needed to be triaged out to AMAROK’s field operations.
  • Preparing and Sending Utilization and Signal reports to National Account Directors
  • Preparing QBR presentations and providing associated reporting.
  • Support National Account Special Projects as they are needed(mass user code updates/changes, monitoring changes)
  • Opening Cases/Work Orders as needed.


Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in a related position.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great active listening skills and the ability to build rapport, secure (pun intended) trust, and maintain a professional relationship with both internal and external customers.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Thrives in a team environment.
